The Defib4Life team have been invited to speak at the upcoming FSB Bakewell In-Person Networking Event on 19th November. This event is hosted by the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) and allows business owners and community leaders across the UK to enjoy an evening of networking and a chance to learn from other businesses in the area.
As part of our mission to equip businesses, charities and community groups across the UK with lifesaving defibrillators and knowledge, we’re proud to be speaking at this event and sharing our knowledge.
At Defib4Life, we want to raise awareness in our local communities and help businesses ensure they have access to life saving equipment as well as having the confidence to use them. Sudden cardiac arrest can strike anytime and having an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) on-site can mean the difference between life and death.
That’s why our Director, Michelle Waters, will be speaking at the event and sharing her knowledge to enable others to feel confident and prepared if an emergency strikes.
We’ll be covering:
Being able to speak at this event is a great way for us to continue building stronger, safer communities, as well as get to know other business owners in our local area. As a Derbyshire-based business, we’re passionate about working alongside local businesses, schools, sports clubs and community organisations to improve access to defibrillators and knowledge of CPR that could save a life.
The Bakewell FSB event is a great opportunity for business owners to build lasting connections in the local community. It’s a relaxed event that allows businesses owners to meet new people, learn about other businesses and share expertise and ideas that can help others to grow.
