  • Semi-automatic operation: This defibrillator notifies users when a shock is required so the button can be pressed without hesitation. 
  • Adult/Child mode: The Lifepak CR2 has a child mode that allow the defib to be switched quickly and is supplied with a set of pads suitable for adults and children. 
  • Self-testing: The defibrillator performs daily, weekly and monthly automatic self-test and will alert you if there is a problem. This is so you can ensure that your defibrillator is always rescue ready. It includes a low battery indicator so you know exactly when to replace the battery in your device. 
  • Pre-connected pad: Saves valuable time in an emergency 
  • Quick operation: The defibrillator analyses the patient's heart rhythm as soon as the electrode pads have been applied so treatment can be provided quickly. The unit analyses and delivers the shock in less than 17 seconds.
  • CPR coaching: ClearVoice guidance and CPR coaching provide step-by-step support throughout the process, allowing even untrained responders to feel confident. 
  • Enhanced chances of survival: This defibrillator is capable of escalating the energy shock level to 360 Joules to enhance the chance of survival. 
  • Data stored for analysis: The defibrillator stores patient and event data for later analysis which can be transferred to a PC via a USB cable. An event log reports time stamps for operator and device activity. 
  • Long warranty: 8 year manufacturer's warranty on the defibrillator unit
  • Battery stand-by life: 4 years (from date of manufacture)
  • Electrode pad life: up to 4 years (from date of manufacture)
