For complete peace of mind, we offer an industry-leading maintenance service. Our team carries out a full check every 6–8 weeks, ensuring your defibrillator is always ready to perform effectively in an emergency.

Our maintenance package includes:

• A full visual inspection to confirm the unit is fully operational and free from damage to the case, screen, buttons, or connections

• Battery and electrode pad checks, including installation dates and replacement schedules

• Pad terminal inspection to confirm it is functioning correctly and free from debris

• Verification that pads are compatible with the model and in good condition

• Cabinet inspection and cleaning

• Registration review with The Circuit to ensure your defibrillator and its location are up to date

• A dated tag confirming all checks have been completed
