Defibtech Lifeline AED & Auto High Capacity Battery Pack (DBP-2800)

Designed to power the Defibtech Lifeline AED and Auto defibrillators, this replacement battery pack provides extended battery capacity for your AED. It is suitable for replacing your existing battery or choosing a long-lasting alternative to the standard DBP-1400 battery.

This non-rechargeable battery is ideal for replacing an expired or depleted battery or for keeping as a spare so your organisation or community is always rescue ready.

Key features

• Longer standby life: This battery provides a seven year standby life which means your defibrillator remains rescue ready over a longer period of time, helping to reduce ongoing maintenance costs.
• Greater operating capacity: The battery provides capacity for 300 shocks or 16 hours of continuous operation.
• Additional 9V battery included: An additional small battery is provided with this battery pack which is used to power the defibrillator's self-test feature and it's active status indicator.

Why do you need to replace your defibrillator battery?

Replacing your defibrillator battery is part of standard AED maintenance. You should regularly check and inspect your device to ensure everything is in working order and that your defibrillator is rescue ready.

A depleted or expired battery could mean that, when your AED is needed in a cardiac emergency, it fails to deliver a potentially life-saving shock. You only have minutes to act when sudden cardiac arrest strikes so ensuring the battery is in working order is essential.
