ZOLL AED 3 Fully Automatic Defibrillator - Aviation Compliant AED for Aircraft

The ZOLL AED 3 Fully Automatic Aviation Compliant Defibrillator is designed for use in aviation environments and enables commercial airlines, private aircraft and aviation operators to carry life-saving equipment onboard.

This device is compliant with all Aviation RTCA standards and includes a TSO C142-b compliant battery pack suitable for use onboard. 

The ZOLL AED 3 defibrillator is designed to be used by both trained and untrained responders, guiding them through the process step-by-step with clear voice instructions and prompts. In an emergency, the defibrillator analyses the patient's heart rhythm and automatically delivers a shock if one is needed without needing to press a button. This is particularly useful in high pressure situations where cabin crew or bystanders have limited room and may have little experience.

The full colour display, CPR cycle timer and clear voice and text prompts guide responders during the rescue process. Users receive instant feedback such as 'push harder' or 'good compressions to ensure effective CPR delivery.
• RapidShock™ Analysis: The ZOLL AED 3 minimises pre-shock pauses to just 5 seconds to enable more continuous CPR and faster shock delivery when required. Studies show that reduced pre-shock pauses significantly improve survival outcomes. This device aligns with ERC Guidelines, emphasising the importance of rapid defibrillation.
• Integrated Pediatric Rescue: Paediatric rescues are simplified with ZOLL’s CPR Uni-padz® electrodes. This means one set of pads can be used for both adults and children, reducing hesitation and saving time during an emergency.
