Brayden OBI Manikin with red illumination lights.
Brayden OBI is the latest addition to the Brayden family of CPR manikins.
Brayden Manikin Features
Brayden is equipped with three sets of interrelated LED lights that actually illuminate in direct relation to the depth and rate of compressions that clearly illustrates the overall the quality of CPR being performed.
Being able to see the how CPR is having a direct effect on the flow of oxygenated blood to the brain increases the speed at which skills can be both learned and retained. This ultimately increases confidence and competence in CPR skills.
Brayden OBI
Brayden OBI has been designed to help improve out of hospital outcomes from cardiac arrest in diverse communities through the creation of a CPR training manikin that is both anatomically correct for quality ventilation training and representative of a black adult male.
Available also as an interchangeable conversion kit for use with a Brayden Adult CPR manikin, Brayden OBI is a cost-effective and portable BLS training solution allowing for inclusivity and diversity within your training programs.
Increasing CPR training within diverse communities:
Growing evidence from international studies is identifying racial and ethnic disparities in survival of OHCA, with lower incidences of bystander CPR being a notable factor.
Developed in collaboration with global key opinion leaders, it is our hope that Brayden OBI will help promote community engagement with Basic Life Support (BLS) training and thereby increase levels of bystander CPR, which is such an important link within the chain of survival.
