Physio Control Lifepak CR Plus Infant/Child Replacement Defibrillator Pads
The Lifepak CR Plus Defibrillator Pads are specialist paediatric electrode pads designed for use with Lifepak CR Plus Defibrillators. These pads ensure a reduced energy shock level is delivered when young patients (between one to eight years of age or weighing less than 25kg) are being treated.
Once the Lifepak CR Plus pads are connected to the defibrillator, it will automatically recognise them and adjust the energy shock level for a child.

Paediatric AED pads are essential for defibrillators that are placed in schools, childcare facilities and sports venues because adult AED pads deliver shocks that may be too strong for a child's heart. Having these pads on-hand can save precious seconds in an emergency situation.
It is recommended that you always have an extra pair of pads to hand in case your initial pair is used in an emergency or in case anything goes wrong with the pads. This is especially important in applications such as schools or sports facility where there are likely to be a number of children nearby.
