Defibrillator AED Inspection Tag
With the AED inspection tag, it’s easy to keep on top of maintaining your automated external defibrillator to ensure it’s always ready in case of an emergency. With space to record 12 inspections, including the dates and who by, it also gives basic guidance for checking your AED. Things to look out for include the date of which the battery and pads need replacing, that no warning lights are showing, and that the general condition looks okay.
The defibrillator heart restarter inspection tag should be filled in using a marker pen and includes a hole to loop through an anti-tamper seal which should be attached to the cabinet or case the AED is kept in. This allows you to see, at a glance, whether the AED has been used and requiring review.
