Philips HeartStart FRx Infant Key

The Philips HeartStart FRx infant key is suitable for use with the Philips HeartStart FRx defibrillator. This key allows users to switch the device into it's infant mode to deliver a lower shock level suitable for treating infants and children. 

Responders will need to insert the key into the defibrillator to allow for use on children under the age of 8 or weighing under 25kg. 

Key features:

• Allows the same SMART pads II to be used for adult and infant/child treatment
• Defibrillator automatically recognises when the key has been installed
• Energy shock level is reduced from 150 to 50 joules
• CPR prompts are changed to suit paediatric treatment
