Defib In The Spotlight- The ZOLL AED 3

Trying to decide which defibrillator you should purchase can be a rather overwhelming decision, you know whichever you decide will save a life, but there are so many to choose from.

Overview of the the ZOLL AED 3

The ZOLL AED 3 is part of ZOLL’s public access defibrillator range and is available in both the Semi-Automatic and Fully- Automatic model.

It is recommended that untrained users purchase the Semi- Automatic defibrillator over the Fully- Automatic defibrillator model as the Semi uses a button to deliver the shock, meaning the user has complete control over when the shock will be delivered and typically has a faster shock rate, this can mean a greater chance of survival, as the faster the shock is delivered the higher the possibility that it can restart the heart back to a regular rhythm.

The ZOLL AED 3 is a powerful defibrillator which combines advanced technology with user friendly features to make accessible to both trained professionals and the untrained bystander. This life-saving device is specifically designed to provide effective treatment during sudden cardiac arrest emergencies, ensuring that every rescue attempt has the best possible chance of success.
