ZOLL Heroes For Life

ZOLL Medical Corporation are a leading global medical technology company who are dedicated to advancing emergency care and critical medical interventions. ZOLL is committed to making AEDs more available to the public and helping save more lives, so they created the Heroes for Life program.

The ZOLL Heroes for Life program gives survivors the opportunity to pay it forward by giving them the opportunity to donate a ZOLL AED Plus to a charity of their choice. This helps put more AEDs out into the public, in turn increasing the chance of survival of sudden cardiac arrest.

How it works

The save can be registered by either the rescuer or the survivor via the forms on the Heroes for Life website, all that is required is:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Company/ Location
• County
• Location of SCA
• Date of SCA
• A brief description of how you were involved in the event.
• A description of who the victim was, and who the other rescuers were.
• When the best time to be contacted is.
• Confirmation that a ZOLL or Cardiac Science AED was used for the event

After all participants have been successfully identified and the save has been confirmed, ZOLL will present the awards to the relevant participants, these awards include:

• A pin and certificate for unexpected heroes
• A pin and an AED to donate to charity for the survivor
• A coin or pin and certificate for the first responder
• A pin, co-branded certificate with ZOLL and distributer logo and letter.
